Koi Park is situated in the heart of the Roman countryside, surrounded by an extremly well kept garden of 10,000 mq. Walking in the orchard or near the olives there are delightfull corners to discover. There is also a Koi pond full of lillies and papiri, here you can relax reading a book or sipping a refreshing drink enjoying the beauty of the plants and flowers.

In the southern part of the garden surrounded by trees there is the swimming pool. You can sunbathe, swim or relax in the shade under the pergola of grapes and kiwi. The pool is fenced of for saftey. There is also a small gym in the villa and a private sitting room for guests.
